Anne Heche looked edgy at the 27th Annual Independent Spirit Awards in Santa Monica with her medium-length, blunt cut blonde hair in waves with long, layered bangs hanging down over one eye.

Anne wore a sexy black dress with rouching to the event.

Victoria Justice looked darling as she met with fans and signed copies of her new album, DVD and game at HMV Oxford Circus in London recently. Her long brown hair was in loose curls, showing off subtle and age-appropriate red highlights.
